Due to the temperature range from +3 to +10 °C, the MIWE NK unit is ideal for storing raw materials and packaged products requiring cooling.

The smartfresh installation allows you to store semi-baked products of the same type, such as bread, for a long time at a constant temperature of about 4 ° C and a relative humidity of 95-98% and bake them as needed. And with every day of storage, the bread looks even fresher.
